Please email us as early as possible so we can advise on availability and confirm your reservation. Changes should be made no less than 7 days prior.
Once confirmed the following fees will apply to cancellations : full price for one night bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior; two nights price for weekly bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior; if the booking is for 2 – 7 nights and cancelled less than 7 days prior, the cancellation fee is one night booking plus a late cancellation fee of $100
